OppaMatch(이하 '서비스')는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 이용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보관 및 파기되는지 설명합니다.

1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

서비스는 다음의 목적을 위해 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 이용합니다. 수집된 개인정보는 목적 이외의 용도로 사용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경될 시에는 사전 동의를 구할 예정입니다.

회원 가입 및 관리: 회원 식별, 가입 의사 확인, 본인 확인, 미성년자(만 19세 미만) 가입 방지 및 부정 이용 방지
서비스 제공 및 알고리즘 매칭: 글로벌 언어 교환 매칭 알고리즘 제공, 프로필 구성 및 상대방과의 연결
고객 문의 및 지원: 서비스 관련 문의 대응 및 고충 처리
신원 확인 및 연동: 인스타그램 계정 연동을 통한 신원 검증 및 프로필 배지 표시 (선택)
결제 및 광고: 인앱 결제 처리 및 영수증 검증, 모바일 광고 제공 및 맞춤형 광고 게재(AD_ID / IDFA 수집)

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

서비스가 수집하는 개인정보 항목은 다음과 같습니다.

필수 수집 항목:

이메일 주소, 비밀번호
프로필 정보 (이름/닉네임, 성별, 생년월일, 프로필 사진)
기기 정보 및 운영체제 종류, 광고 식별자 (AD_ID 및 IDFA)

선택 수집 항목:

인스타그램 ID (인스타그램 연동 시)

서비스 이용 과정에서 생성되는 정보:

결제 영수증 내역 및 결제 정보 (인앱 결제 시)
서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 불량 이용 기록

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

이용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 영구 파기됩니다. 단, 관계 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 다음과 같이 법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.

전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률:
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년
서비스 부정 이용 기록:
- 중복 가입 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 탈퇴 후 최대 6개월간 해시(Hash) 처리된 식별 값 보관

OppaMatch 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴) 안내

OppaMatch는 앱 내 설정(Preferences) -> 회원 탈퇴(Delete Account) 메뉴를 통해 언제든지 즉시 계정 및 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 만약 앱에 접속하기 어려운 상황이라면, 개발자 이메일인 inffy@kikientertainment.kr 로 가입하신 이메일 계정과 함께 탈퇴 요청을 보내주시면 즉시 처리해 드립니다. 탈퇴 시 개인정보 및 매칭 데이터는 지체 없이 영구 파기됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

서비스는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

파기 절차: 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제하며, 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 파기합니다.

5. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법

이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 서비스 내 탈퇴 메뉴를 통해 가입 해지(동의 철회)를 요청할 수 있습니다.

미성년자 이용 제한: 본 서비스는 만 19세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 하므로, 만 19세 미만 미성년자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 미성년자가 가입한 사실이 확인될 경우 해당 계정은 즉시 영구 제재 및 삭제 처리됩니다.

6. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부에 관한 사항

서비스는 광고 제공 및 분석을 위해 모바일 기기의 광고 식별자(AD_ID / IDFA)를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 모바일 기기의 설정에서 맞춤형 광고 설정을 해제함으로써 이를 거부할 수 있습니다.

안드로이드: 설정 -> 개인정보보호 -> 광고 -> 광고 ID 재설정 또는 광고 ID 삭제
iOS: 설정 -> 개인정보보호 및 보안 -> 추적 -> 앱의 추적 허용 요청 비활성화

Privacy Policy

OppaMatch ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and destroyed.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Service collects and uses the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.

Membership Registration and Management: User identification, verification of intent to join, age verification, prevention of registration by minors (under 19 years old), and prevention of unauthorized/fraudulent use.
Service Provision and Algorithmic Matching: Providing global language exchange matching algorithms, profile configuration, and connecting users.
Customer Inquiry and Support: Responding to service-related inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Identity Verification and Integration: Verifying identity and displaying profile badges via Instagram account integration (Optional).
Payment and Advertising: Processing in-app purchases and verifying receipts, delivering mobile advertisements, and serving personalized ads (Collection of AD_ID / IDFA).

2. Personal Information Items Collected

The Service collects the following personal information items:

Required Items:

Email address, Password
Profile Information (Name/Nickname, Gender, Date of Birth, Profile Picture)
Device information, OS type, and Mobile Advertising Identifier (AD_ID and IDFA)

Optional Items:

Instagram ID (when linking Instagram account)

Information Generated During Service Use:

In-app purchase receipt history and transaction information
Service usage records, access logs, and fraudulent/abuse records

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, a user's personal information is immediately and permanently destroyed upon account deletion. However, if preservation is required under applicable laws, the personal information will be retained for the period specified by the law:

Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.:
- Records on contract or subscription withdrawal: 5 years
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on customer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Service Abuse and Fraudulent Records:
- To prevent duplicate registrations and abuse, a hashed representation of the unique identifier is stored for up to 6 months after account deletion.

OppaMatch Account Deletion (Membership Withdrawal) Guide

You can delete your account and personal data immediately at any time by navigating to Preferences -> Delete Account within the OppaMatch app. If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by sending an email with your registered account details to the developer at inffy@kikientertainment.kr, and we will process it immediately. Upon withdrawal, personal information and matching data will be permanently destroyed without delay.

4. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information

The Service immediately destroys personal information when it is no longer necessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purposes.

Destruction Procedure: Personal information that has achieved its purpose is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed.
Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is shredded.

5. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time, and can request termination of their membership (withdrawal of consent) through the account deletion menu in the Service.

Minors Restriction: This Service is intended for adults aged 19 and older. In principle, we do not collect personal information from minors under 19. If a minor is found to have registered, the account will be immediately and permanently banned and deleted.

6. Matters Regarding Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Service may collect mobile advertising identifiers (AD_ID / IDFA) for ad serving and analysis. Users can refuse this by disabling personalized ads in their mobile device settings:

Android: Settings -> Privacy -> Ads -> Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID
iOS: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking -> Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

OppaMatch（以下「本サービス」）は、利用者の個人情報を重要視し、関連法令を遵守しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、利用者の個人情報がどのように収集、利用、保管、および破棄されるかについて説明するものです。

1. 個人情報の収集および利用目的

本サービスは、以下の目的のために必要最小限の個人情報を収集および利用します。収集された個人情報は、目的以外の用途には使用されず、利用目的が変更される場合は、事前同意を求めます。

会員登録および管理： 会員識別、加入意思の確認、本人確認、未成年者（19歳未満）の加入防止、および不正利用の防止
サービスの提供およびアルゴリズムマッチング： グローバル言語交換マッチングアルゴリズムの提供、プロフィールの構成、および相手との接続
カスタマーサポート： サービスに関するお問い合わせへの対応および苦情処理
本人確認および連携： Instagramアカウント連携による本人確認およびプロフィールバッジの表示（任意）

2. 収集する個人情報の項目

本サービスが収集する個人情報の項目は以下の通りです。

必須収集項目：

メールアドレス、パスワード
プロフィール情報（名前/ニックネーム、性別、生年月日、プロフィール写真）
端末情報およびOSの種類、広告識別子（AD_IDおよびIDFA）

任意収集項目：

Instagram ID（Instagram連携時）

サービス利用の過程で生成される情報：

アプリ内課金の領収書履歴および決済情報
サービスの利用記録、接続ログ、不正利用記録

3. 個人情報の保有および利用期間

利用者の個人情報は、原則として会員退会時に直ちに永久破棄されます。ただし、関係法令の規定により保存する必要がある場合、以下のように法令で定められた一定期間、個人情報を保管します。

電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律（韓国法等）：
- 契約または申込みの撤回等に関する記録：5年間
- 代金決済および財貨等の供給に関する記録：5年間
- 消費者の不満または紛争処理に関する記録：3年間
サービスの不正利用記録：
- 重複登録および不正利用防止のため、退会後最大6ヶ月間、ハッシュ（Hash）処理された識別値を保管します。

OppaMatch アカウント削除（会員退会）のご案内

OppaMatchは、アプリ内の 設定（Preferences） -> 会員退会（Delete Account） メニューから、いつでも即時にアカウントおよびデータを削除できます。アプリへのアクセスが困難な場合は、開発元のメールアドレス inffy@kikientertainment.kr 宛てに登録済みのメールアカウントを明記の上、退会申請を送っていただければ、直ちに対応いたします。退会時、個人情報およびマッチングデータは遅滞なく永久に破棄されます。

4. 個人情報の破棄手続きおよび方法

本サービスは、個人情報の保有期間の経過や処理目的の達成など、個人情報が不要になったときは、遅滞なく当該個人情報を破棄します。

破棄手続き： 目的が達成された個人情報は、内部方針およびその他の関連法令に従い、一定期間保管された後に破棄されます。
破棄方法： 電子ファイル形式で保存された個人情報は、記録を再生できない技術的方法を用いて削除し、紙に印刷された個人情報はシュレッダーで裁断して破棄します。

5. 利用者および法定代理人の権利とその行使方法

利用者はいつでも登録されている自身の個人情報を閲覧または修正することができ、サービス内の退会メニューを通じて会員退会（同意の撤回）を要請することができます。

未成年者の利用制限： 本サービスは19歳以上の成人を対象としているため、原則として19歳未満の未成年者の個人情報は収集しません。未成年者の登録が確認された場合、当該アカウントは直ちに永久停止および削除処理されます。

6. 個人情報自動収集装置の設置・運営および拒否に関する事項

本サービスは、広告の提供および分析のために、モバイル端末の広告識別子（AD_ID / IDFA）を収集する場合があります。利用者はモバイル端末の設定からパーソナライズ広告設定をオフにすることで、これを拒否できます。

Android： 設定 -> プライバシー -> 広告 -> 広告IDのリセットまたは広告IDの削除
iOS： 設定 -> プライバシーとセキュリティ -> トラッキング -> 「Appからのトラッキング要求を許可」をオフにする
